SECRET of Debilitated Planets - It's NOT Neech-Bhanga

I find there is almost an obsession with Debilitated planets and especially with Cancellation of Debility or Neech-Bhanga.

But the first basic of Debilitated planet is that it will give good results in some areas for sure.

Also in many cases it would give great results (WITHOUT NEECH-BHANGA or Cancellation of Debility) ....
